# Lab Automation Framework Template Adaption to Imaging platform

This is a fork from [this template](https://gitlab.com/OpenLabAutomation/adaption-template) adapted to the imaging platform in the department of Parmaceutical Bioinformatics of Uppsala University.

# Usage It is installed and started the same way as the template linked above. Follow the link for updated instructions but replace the clone instructions by cloning this repository.
